No Returns on Custom-Made Products:
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Each jute item is crafted to your specifications, and therefore, we cannot restock or resell items that have been made just for you.
Damaged Products – Our Commitment to Satisfaction:
In the rare event that you receive a product with a defect or damage, we are committed to making things right. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.
Replacement or Refund Process:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the process.
2. Provide Proof: Send us the photos of the damaged product, clearly showing the issue.
3. Review: Allow us 2 business days to review your claim.
4. Resolution: We will contact you with a resolution – a replacement or a refund.
5. Refund: If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed within 4 to 6 business days to the original method of payment.
